Welcome to TechAwareLearn. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform for IT Literacy & Cyber Awareness Courses available at TechAwareLearn.

Services

Scope of Live Courses

TechAwareLearn provides live instructor-led training sessions on IT literacy and cyber awareness topics. Each session schedule is provided on our website and upon purchase confirmation.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule a live session by contacting us at least 7 days before the session start date. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be submitted via our support form. No additional charges apply for one-time rescheduling.

Information Products

Our digital downloads include e-books, course recordings, and supplementary materials. Access to these materials is granted immediately upon completion of the purchase process.

Physical Goods

We may offer printed manuals, merchandise, or hardware kits. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Fees and Refund Policy

Submission of Refund Requests

To request a refund, please submit a refund request via our support form within the applicable time frame. All refund requests must include your order details and reason for the request. Refund processing will be completed within 14 business days to the original payment source.

Live Course Services

If cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled session, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the session qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund. Participants may opt to reschedule instead of requesting a refund.

Digital Information Products

Due to the immediate grant of access, digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. However, if technical issues prevent access, we will arrange a full refund or an alternative delivery method if notified within 14 days of purchase.

Physical Goods

Physical products may be sent back in their original unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item you submitted for evaluation.

Modifications to This Agreement

TechAwareLearn reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our site. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
